LodgeRunner Pricing
Pricing for LodgeRunner is broken down into three components: Monthly Fees, Data Import, and Customization.
There are no set-up or installation fees.
Monthly Fees
LodgeRunner is a pay-as-you-go service with payment required in advance.
You can renew for a month, 3 months, 6 months, or a year.
Our monthly fee covers your data storage, accessiblity, data backup, service, and support.
Troubleshooting, training, and minor modifications are also covered by your monthly fee.

Most Users:
Monthly Rates for most lodges are in the $100/month to 300/month range depending on the size of your lodge and the volume of guests you host each year.
The diversity of lodge activities is also taken into consideration, like whether you need to book guided trips or charter boats.
As a general rule of thumb, a seasonal lodge with less than ten rooms will be in the $100/month range and a year-round lodge with 20 rooms would be in the $300/month range.

Fishing Outfitters:
Operations that are using LodgeRunner primarily for booking guide trips typically pay between $100/month and $250/month based on the number of guide trips they run each season.

Hunting Outfitters:
Hunting Outfitters typically pay between $100/month and $300/month depending on the # of trips that they book each year.

Single Guides:
If you are a one-man-show guide service, LodgeRunner costs $50/month.

New Customer Promotion:
New customers can save 20% on their first year of monthly fees by paying for their first 12 months of service in advance!
Data Import
Contact List data import is free if you pay for at least one month of LodgeRunner service!
While it is possible to start with a blank slate, most of our customers opt to import some or all of their existing data.
We can import data from just about any database system on the market.
In rare instances we come across a data format that takes a lot of work to import, and in that case we charge $120/hour to import your existing data.
Customization
Some LodgeRunner installations require customization.
Every operation is a little different and we will go out of our way to make the program work for you.
We charge $120/hour for customization.
Once you try our free demo we can discuss the changes you will need and we can present you with an estimate for the customization fees.
Most of our new customers require no customization to begin using LodgeRunner!
